Digital recipe purchases
A change of mind after paid content has been delivered may not qualify for a refund, except where required by law. A case should be reported promptly when a recipe is inaccessible, duplicated, unauthorised, materially different from the listing or affected by a confirmed duplicate charge.
Subscription payments
Cancelling a seller subscription stops future renewal according to the displayed provider status. It does not normally refund an already-started billing period. Incorrect or duplicate subscription charges should be reported with the provider reference.
Promotion payments
A saved campaign draft is not a paid campaign. Once a campaign has started spending, completed delivery is generally non-refundable. Undelivered internal promotion caused by a confirmed platform failure may be credited or reviewed for refund.
How to request a review
Use the contact page and include the recipe, plan or campaign name, transaction date, safe payment reference and a clear explanation. Do not include an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or complete card number.
CulinaryMix may request reasonable evidence and will check provider records. Bank reversals, chargebacks and payment-provider investigations can take additional time.
Seller adjustments
Approved refunds, reversals or chargebacks may reduce the seller’s pending or available earnings for the related transaction. The marketplace ledger should record genuine adjustments rather than inventing or estimating earnings.
Use the CulinaryMix contact page for account, privacy, payment or marketplace questions. Never include passwords, OTPs, PINs or full payment-card details.
